Engagement

Thank you for choosing to join Vitality Hub Spot (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a membership or enrolling in any of our coaching or digital programs, you (“the Client,” “you,” or “Member”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding contract between you and "Synergy Media & Tech, LLC DBA Vitality Hub Spot".

Our services include access to online courses, coaching sessions, downloadable resources, and community engagement focused on holistic health, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), nutrition, and Christian faith principles.

Services

• Membership access grants you entry to digital content, courses, coaching calls (live or recorded), and other wellness resources as described on our website.
• Coaching sessions, when included, are conducted virtually via Zoom or another agreed-upon platform.
• Scheduling for private coaching sessions is the responsibility of the Member, using provided booking links or tools.
• Group coaching sessions follow a set schedule and may not be rescheduled except at the Company’s discretion.

Participation and Responsibilities

• For best results, Members agree to fully participate by attending sessions on time, completing assignments or integration work, and engaging respectfully with coaches and other Members.
• Coaching and educational content are designed to support personal growth and health optimization but do not replace professional medical, mental health, or investment advice.
• You agree to seek professional advice for medical, psychological, or financial issues beyond the scope of this program.

Payment and Refunds

• Membership fees and coaching package prices are clearly stated on our website or offer letters. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise specified.
• Payment methods may include credit card, PayPal, or other options. Transaction fees may apply.
• Refunds are subject to a 24-hour cancellation window after purchase. After this period, refunds are only offered under special guarantees explicitly stated at purchase.
• We offer a 14-day action-based refund guarantee: to be eligible, you must complete all assigned modules, action items, and engagement tasks within 14 days and submit proof of completion via email. Refund requests after this period will not be honored.

Access and Use

• Membership access is granted for the duration of the purchased term or the active operation of the program.
• “Infinite access” or similar terms apply only while the program is active and may be modified or terminated at our discretion without refund obligation.
• Access to content and coaching calls is non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the Member.

Confidentiality

• All personal information shared during coaching is confidential and will not be shared without your consent except as required by law.
• Group sessions may be recorded for educational or marketing purposes, and by participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in these recordings.

Disclaimers

• Vitality Hub Spot does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or investment advice.
• Results from coaching and program participation vary and are not guaranteed.
• You assume full responsibility for your actions and decisions during and after participation in our programs.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of material changes via email or website notices. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
• Any disputes arising will be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.
